The Uplift™

Introducing the Uplift™

Imagine true anatomic facelifting without long visible scars. The Uplift™ surgery was designed for deep SMAS lifting (fat, muscle & ligature layers) without long visible incisions. This is the “Surgery for those not wanting ‘Surgery'”.

How It’s Done

Under sedation anesthesia, tiny keyhole entry points are strategically placed for the lifting & tightening of the jowls, neck, midface, brows, eyes, upper face, & cheeks. Surgical instrumentation has been specially developed for this unique procedure.

The face is artistically contoured & restructured by repositioning falling facial fat pads, muscles, & deep supporting ligaments.

How Long is the Procedure

Procedure time ranges from 1.5 hours for one or two anatomic repositioning lifts, to 2.5 hours when additional facial areas require lifting.

How Is the Uplift™ Different?

There are differences:

  • No long surgical scars
  • Shorter recovery times
  • This procedure is NOT a thread lift
  • The procedure is considered ‘minimally invasive’.
  • It aims for the Natural ‘Not Done’ look.
  • Permanent silicone sutures are NOT used. The Uplift™ relies on specially developed tried and true biocompatible antimicrobial surgical sutures that resorb within 2-3 years. Complication rates therefore are low.
  • The procedure can be repeated multiple times over the course of progressive facial aging.
  • Uplift can be done on all skin colors & skin types.
  • Uplift can be safely performed on patients who have undergone previous traditional surgical facelifts & non-surgical thread lifts.

What Can Uplift™ Surgery Achieve?

This surgery is meant to refresh your face. It can restore a youthful appearance by the true repositioning of specific anatomical areas that have fallen and descended downward, and tighten areas that have loosened with time and age. For best results, we combine Uplift™ with other treatments & technologies like:

What Uplift™ Cannot Do.

Uplift™ is not a Deep Plane facelift. There is usually no excision of excess skin with this surgery. Hence, the ideal candidate presents with mild to moderate facial sagging of the skin, and underlying structures. In cases where skin excision will be the more suitable treatment option, this will be discussed at the consultation appointment.
